Paurosa’s private and exclusive Game Lodge is a setting for a family weekend close to nature. The camp lies in a valley overlooking a dam, with mountains that are home to many types of wildlife.
The lodge offers self-catering accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery and appliances, so you can plan meals around your own group and the pace of your stay.
The published 2026 information includes two bundles of firewood per day and free ice. Additional firewood is charged separately at R50 per bundle.
A stay is a chance to enjoy the setting as much as the activities. Watch the changing light from the terrace, spend time together and enquire about wildlife observation or a hide session during your visit.
Before booking, discuss group size, sleeping arrangements, dates and any special requests with Sam Mia. The minimum stay is two nights, and the published minimum camp fee is R6,000 per night.
